What happened now is an expected result of your actions, only if you were not extreme forum leechers, coming to suck what exists from music downloads and leave without posting goddamn feedback; then this would not happen, but that was your choice so eat it and get what you deserve.
From now on, me and some friends are going to use this blogger to post news about music, real life or even some downloads, but you are not going to be able to post your threads like the past, you only need to be blog reader, and you only need to subscribe if you want to post comments back, otherwise don't bother at all. Thank you very much but we don't need your help.
We are not seeking popularity anymore, we only want our freedom of mind, and if you got something to say or add to our future topics then email me or post comments here and I will see if your subject worths to be posted.

Well, I'm sorry to hear it went the way it did. I didn't know the leechers were so strongly present at the Mr. C forum - although Mr. C's new measures at the forum would be an indication.
Anyways, I'm sure gonna miss the place, and I will keep an eye on the blog to see, what might show up in the future. Particularly to see if Jolll might show up somewhere on the net again....
At least some of us acknowledge the huge efforts that where put into the forum and greatly appreciate it. So.... take care, all!

Thank you very much for posting, you are one of the few who really cares.
About Mr.Cassette and it's business, I am not quitting! Just to clear this note, but I realized that doing forums are too much for old dude like me who got his life changed completely.
Think about it, what is the use of a dead forum? even if there are some new video downloads posted from while to while, but leechers always leave these threads without reply, think about it again, is that the proper way to say thank you?
We are not getting paid at all for this service, since 5 years ago till now I insisted to keep my service free .. but .. even free service got to be paid. Is it money? no, but it is through feedbacks and comments.
Now, knowing the fact we rarely get this payment as well, then why do you think we should remain doing it?
Here is an example: you went to grocery shop and you wanted to have an orange, but you don't have money so the shop owner apologies and won't give the orange to you for free, then another person comes and feel sorry for you, goes to the shop owner and pay for that orange from his pocket and gives it to you and you take it and turn around leaving without saying anything, now how would you feel?
This is exactly my situation, I know you can't afford to buy videos from DVD shops so I collect them for you with help of great rippers and we pay the cost of Internet service, domain, bandwidth, etc .. then a leecher comes and download and leave!
Now you can really understand my feeling, I tried ALOT to solve this problem but clearly I reached a dead end.
So, instead of having a huge forum that can be leeched easily and having alot of spammer robots registering to abuse the service offering their drug pills and penis enlargment solutions, I thought it is over for forums business, let us try the new blogging business instead.
Blogs are more secured, less abused, more controlled, easier to be browsed, easier to post comments back and you don't have to feel bad if no many comments are there because normally blogs are used to distribute information so it is expected that people read but only those who are interested to reply will post a comment.
Blogs are nowday's technology on the Internet and there are millions of people who are using it.
Blogs are exactly like forums, with one exception is that everything is located in one place so you don't have to suffer looking for something specific, besides they are simpler and more preferred to be used by normal people.
Now about contribution of other video providers like jonnydepp and others (Yes I read the thread which DJ Toastie made in the forum) who said they are not welcomed? This is why I am calling this place the blogger of Mr.Cassette and friends, so who are the friends? They are simply any person (Admin, staff, user, etc..) from my forums who still want to post topics and videos. Everyone is welcomed to do it, the only difference is that this person needs to contact me first to get special access to the blog and post his/her stuff instead of the old way of letting everyone post their stuff in the old forum. We will have better control over this and we reduce spammers posts or the posts of those who only do it to get rapidshare points.
I hope you know what I mean.
So, figures crossed, I prefer to have this blog posting one or few videos in a week, each vid in each post rather than having mass of videos in mass of different random threads everywhere in the old forum where users have no idea that there are new stuff posted there!
Let me just find a better blogger software with emailing system and proper protection for download links, then you will see it should become much better than a forum, and by the way the forum is still there but offline, and if I receive alot of demands to open it back again I may do it, who knows? but still think it won't become active anymore and remain dead.

Well after readding the original post and the 2 responses I have a salt and pepper feeling. in one hand For sure Blog is easier to manage and find the new posts. in another hand Forum has more community spirit and makes you feel home.
about the leechers, when we are in world of p2p (and I am) if 1 out of 100 persons response back with a simple thank you, we are happy, if 3 out of 100 ppl say thank you we are lucky, if 5 out of 100 respond we are dancing, more than 5 we are dreaming.
If you buy me an Orange and I don't say thank you to you it should not discourage you. You did well and to the hell me.
Take it this way, in the real life from centuries ago it was builders and beggers. in todays world there is builders (seeders) and there is beggers (Leechers) (you must get the picture of what I mean mr.C).
I am saying this not discouraging you but to let you know this is like any forums. I saw by looking at your member list that you have good people in your team who carried your forum for all these years and I have a sort of picture of the big change in your life so if you want to continu with blog it would be your choice and your decision but don't disapoint your good team members.
and for final thoughts I want to make sure that you would take my comments as an encouragement and make your blood running faster and not feeling cold about this beggers situation.
